Protecting your child who has a physical and or mental disability and securing that future when you’re gone is one of the most important things that a parent can do. Estate planning can be challenging in any situation, but having a child or family member with special needs brings different challenges.

What assets are required to provide for the standard of living you would desire to see them have?
Will provincial benefits (ODSP for example) be affected by your estate plan and should this be a concern?
Who will manage their assets and what is required to ensure that process is put in place?
